Verve Luxe Scenic Adventures Terms and Conditions.
PRICES
These includes expenses as outlined in the itineraries, brochures or website.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation, Transfers, Excursions and tours shall be by one safari vehicle which include 4 wheel tour van, safari and saloon cars. On special request, we can organize for 4x4 Cruiser or Mercedes tourist truck but the cost is slightly higher.
BOOKINGS
A deposit of 50% of the cost of safari shall be required for any booking not later than 30 days before the date of the safari.
PAYMENTS
All safaris must be fully paid for before the commencement of the safari.
SAFARI ORIENTATION
Unless the safari is private, clients will share facilities with others. Clients are therefore advised to be good-natured and enjoy being with others. Be prepared to encounter customs and habits, which may be different from your own and forms part of the adventure.
CHANGES OF ITINERARIES
The sequence of itineraries is normally adhered to but the company reserves the right to make alterations occasioned by weather, road works, high season congestion or any other unforeseen circumstances.
CANCELLATION
In case a booking is cancelled, the following cancellation policies shall apply: No show - 100%, 1–7 days - 75%, 7–14 days - 50%, Above 14 days - 25%. The specific hotels and airline cancellation prices will also apply.
LIABILITY
The company liability to passengers carried in the vehicles for transfers, excursions and tours are governed by the law of Kenya and all claims are subject to the courts of Kenya. While every care is taken, the company shall not be held liable for loss or damage to personal belongings and clients are advised to arrange relevant travel insurance unless advised as included.
SUB CONTRACT
The company reserves the right to subcontract any part of the full safari and in the event of such subcontract, all the above terms shall apply.
VISAS
Visas are at the discretion of the immigration office(s) and Verve Luxe Scenic Adventures Ltd does not have control over them. Visa fees are not refundable even when it is not processed on time. Verve Luxe Scenic Adventures Ltd is not liable for visa delays or any implications arising from this delay.
FLIGHTS
Clients to cross-check flight timings and names of the flight including their names at the time of booking and rectify any errors before tickets are issued. Any changes after, the cost is borne by the client. Verve Luxe Scenic Adventures Ltd is not liable for errors arising from this and subsequent costs.
